The Shilwulf Dynasty
One of my favorite RPG campaigns that I ever ran was a Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader game that lasted for a few years. My wife and I developed a sandbox universe for our players to adventure in, complete with memorable characters, plots of betrayal, and dark secrets.
After the game went on hiatus, we started writing a novelised version of what occurred during the sessions based on the extensive and detailed notes we’d kept. The PCs were brought to life on the (digitally) written page and each of them look forward to the latest installment of their exploits.
I’m still slowly working through my notes and putting everything up on Obsidian Portal. I didn’t realize how much we had created until trying to post it all. I feel like this side project shows off my passion for gaming. It also shows how I can beat the horrid CSS layout of Obsidian Portal into submission.
